Nama-nama kode Linux Ubuntu


Distro Ubuntu saat ini menduduki posisi kedua versi distrowatch.com sebagai distro yang paling banyak dipakai di seluruh dunia. Salah satu kelebihan ubuntu adalah diterbitkannya versi baru ubuntu setiap enam bulan sekali dan mendapat dukungan dari canonical selama 18 bulan setelahnya. Canonical juga merilis versi LTS (long term support) setiap dua tahun (sesuai jadwal) dan mendapat dukungan (support) selama tiga tahun setelah dirilis. Ini dia tabel lengkap kode nama ubuntu:
Ubuntu menggunakan  kode bulan dan tahun untuk menamai versi nama distro yang mereka rilis. Untuk memudahkan memahaminya inilah ilustrasinya Versi 4.10 artinya versi tersebut dirilis pada bulan Oktober tahun 2004. Kalau sesuai rencana canonical akan merilis versi terbaru ubuntu pada bulan April 2012, kode nama distronya Precise Pangolin.
Precise Pangolin merupakan LTS distro yang akan mendapat support dari canonical dari bulan April 2010 hingga April 2017.

Cara newbie mendownload manga dari ourmanga.com


Berikut cara kuno dan katrok untuk mendownload manga dari ourmanga.com.

Cara ini adalah dengan menggunakan direct link pada folder dan file gambar tiap halaman manga. Ikuti tips tentang tata caranya berikut:

  • Pertama, kita misalkan ingin membaca Naruto, maka bacalah dengan cara biasa sehingga kita mendapatkan alamat url komik Naruto seperti ini:
    http://www.ourmanga.com/Naruto/562
  • Kedua, dari link tersebut kita bisa simpulkan:
    Nama manga: Naruto (case sensitive)
    Chapter manga : 562
  • Ketiga, untuk membaca langsung gunakan format url berikut:

    Untuk komik Naruto dengan chapter 562, link-nya menjadi seperti ini:

Lalu step berikutnya adalah mendownload nya dengan memakai add on DownThemAll.

Fase Penyedotan:

Beda dengan onemanga, link-link gambar yang ingin kamu download tidak tersedia di tab ‘Links’ pada downthemall melainkan ngumpet di tab ‘Pictures and Embedded’. Yo wes, gini caranya:

  1. Klik kanan pada area kosong dan pilih ‘downthemall… ‘
  2. Pilih tab Pictures and Embedded (1)
  3. Di kolom filters, pilih images (jpg, png…) (2)
  4. Pilih lokasi downloadan (3)
  5. Klik start untuk memulai mendownload (4)

Setelah selesai download, saatnya untuk mengkompresnya menjadi file .cbz

How to Reset the IBM BladeCenter Management Module


The management module reset button is shown in the following figure.

Use a straightened paper clip or similar item to access it. The reset button has two uses:

  • Reset the network configuration: Press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds or less.
  • Reset the entire management module (including user IDs and passwords) to the factory defaults. This requires a sequence of presses and releases:
    1. Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
    2. Release the button and wait 5 seconds.
    3. Press and hold the button for another 10 seconds.

    Note that this sequence should be as precise as possible to ensure success: 5 in, 5 out, 10 in. After you do a full factory defaults reset in this way, the default user ID and password will be in effect: USERID (all caps) and PASSW0RD (a zero, not the letter O).

After the network configuration has been reset, you can access the Web interface to reconfigure it. To do this, you will need to know the management module’s IP address. This can be done as follows:

  • The management module defaults to using DHCP. The host name will be MMxxxxxxx, where xxxxxxx is the MAC address of the management module. This number is printed below the reset button.
  • If no DHCP server is found, the management module uses a default IP address of 192.168.70.125 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0. The host name will be MMxxxxxxx.

Note: Because it is possible to reset the passwords using the reset button, you should ensure that your BladeCenter chassis is physically secure so that only authorized personnel can physically access the reset button.

Guys, pernah ngalamin gak, kalo kita lagi ngomongin detailing, atau temen kita liat kita lg detailing, mereka ngomong “wah, gw jg pengen euy, tp masalahnya ga ada dana”… Nah gw mo ngasih metode slowly but sure untuk ngumpulin amunisi yang lumayan tanpa musti keburu2 beli antara satu dan lainhal.

X Tujuan utama dari detailing apa sih?
Yak betul, nenek-nenek salto juga setuju kalo tujuan utamanya adalah bikin mobil kita (dalam hal ini gw bahas mobil yak) selalu terawat dan juga kinclong. Tahap pertama dari metode ini adalah “Kumpulin stuff berikut yang gw yakin 95% ada dirumah lo pada” :

Tahap Nyuci
1. 2 bijiQ ember, bakal lo nyuci ntar ama nyuci aplikator
2. kalo ada selang, biar nyuci kaga pake sistim guyur, lebih mudah dan nyaman pake cara ini
3. spons, coba tanya ortu lo deh, pasti ada spons buat nyuci mobil terdahulu
3(2). atau pake handuk yang bulu nya tebel tebel buat pengganti spons
4. kanebo (chamois), kita pake buat teknik blotting ntar
5. handuk bulu tebel 1 lagi bakal final wipe
6. sikat WC
7. sampo mobil seadanya, tp diusahain nabung buat beli sampo bagus, beli di RM bisa diketeng

Tahap Preparing
1. 2 handuk halus atau kain bekas singlet, jangan pake bekas kolor, ada kuning2nya soalnya
2. sanpoly (dari sekian juta umat manusia yang ada diseluruh Indonesia, cuma mbak ghoib aja yg ga punya)

Tahap Proteksi
Nah, kita mulai spend uang di tahap ini, beli wax atau sealant terserah lo, cm kalo mau sealant lo mesti beli isopropylalcohol atau vodka (ini pasti ada lah dirumah). Aplikator bisa pake spons / singlet

Tahap Nyuci
1. 2 ember tadi lo isi air, yang satu kasih sampo, yang satu biarin air doang
Atau kalo lo mau lebih irit, atau ga punya ember, ikutin cara temen gw

2. cuci dari bagian mobil atas, makin lama makin kebawah, kenapa? Karena bagian atas biasanya nggak sekotor yg bawah, oh ya, abis cuci 1 bagian, cuci aplikatornya ke ember yang isinya air bersih, dan ulangi terus ampe kelar
3. nah, tadi kanebo, lo pake buat blotting, maksudnya tuh kanebo ditotol totolin ke panel, supaya nyerep air, jangan di drag, ditakutkan masih ada sisa kotoran n malah ngebaret.

Tahap “Prepping”
1. tuangin dikit sanpoly ke kainnya, lalu gosok aja pelan2, lakukan 1 panel, lalu buff (pake kain yg lain), gitu terus, noda noda aspal pun gampang bgt ilang sama ini.

Tahap Proteksi

1. nah, kalo tahap proteksi yang lo beli jenisnya sealant, gw rekomendasi FK1000p (udah murah, isinya juga sebanyak bego gitu, lo pake 2 millenium jg ga abis abis), atau Fusso 12 (durability jauh lebih oke, tp lebih mahal n buff nya capek), tapi sebelon apply ini, lo mesti wipedown dulu sanpoly nya pake IPA atau vodka (gw sarankan smirnoff21 karena setau gw itu vodka paling pure), maksudnya wipedown gmn? Lo kucurin dikit ke apliakator atau masukin sprayer n semprot ke panel, lalu usep usep deh, beres… tujuannya ngilangin oil dari sanpoly itu tadi.
Kalo lo belinya wax kaga perlu, lgs hajar aja wax nya,, gw rekomendasiin Poorboys natty’s wax, (alesannya karena easy to use, buff enteng, hasil bagus, murah pula) atau Mothers CG3 (murah banget, hasilnya “just right”, gak over deep, gak over gloss, bingung gw jelasinnya, cm menurut gw hasilnya “just right”)
ngerti lah ya, apply wax tinggal usep usep doang, tp baca petunjuknya, mesti didiemin ampe kering atau lgs buff, kalo kelamaan juga modol ntar ngebuffnya…

Tahap SbS
Bisa dibilang dari sini aja ammo lu sudah memadai, tapi tentunya kurang lengkap,, saatnya kita beli secara “mundur”, dan tidak perlu tergesa gesa, kenapa? Spt yg gw udah tulis diatas “ammo lu sudah memadai”
Wax/sealant udah punya kan? Beli buffing clothnya supaya hasilnya maksimal,

Mundur ke step sebelumnya, yaitu cleanerpolish untuk gantiin sanpoly nya (rekomendasi Ultimate Polish atau Polishing Compound)
Mundur lagi deh, sebelom masuk polish kita masuk ke kompon, tapi liat dulu, mobil kita kira kira butuh ga? Kalo butuh beli aja UltimateCompound atau Rubbing Compound
Lagi lagi mundur sebelom kompon, beli claybar (gw saranin 3M claybar, bisa pake air sabun untuk lubricantnya)
Nah, terakhir beli alat2 cuci, aplikatornya beli model noodle washmitt, karena murah, tp cukup baik untuk preventing swirl, warna pun macem2, beli warna warna yang unyu aja biar semangat nyucinya

Kebayang kalo kita ngikutin saran saran orang2 di toko, “awalnya beli clay dan cleaner dulu pak”, iye, abis mobil bersih tapi kaga ada wax juga ntar dodol lagi… atau “wah kalo dari awal, sampo nya harus yang bagus pak”, kondisi mobil kita udah gak bener, mau pake sampo yang kaya gimanapun juga tetep aja ga bakalan ngaruh banyak.

N.B : pasti ada yang nanya “wipedown pake vodka? Ga salah tuh” bener bos, vodka disini berfungsi ngilangin oil, bukan biar mabok mobilnye, kenapa gw pilih smirnoff21 karena dia paling pure, kandungan glukosa dan lain lainnya paling sedikit.

Planning to move to open source software but don’t know where to start? Then let us help you by providing a base to begin with. Presented here are the key points to keep in mind before moving to open source software.

Start small.: Rome was not built in a day, so you can’t suddenly shift all your software lock, stock, and barrel to open source. Check out the low hanging fruits in open source software, like OpenOffice.org, the open source office suite, Mozilla Thunderbird the email client, and so on at the desktop. Trying them out doesn’t cost much other than your personal time. Then, move on to more complex open source products.

Start with Windows based Open Source Software: A direct follow on from step 1, open source doesn’t mean Linux. There’re plenty of open source software available on Windows as well, so try and get your hands onto those. Linux can be intimidating initially for a lot of people, so start using Open Source software on Windows, an OS that everyone’s already comfortable using.

Use live Linux distros to test before you deploy: The whole beauty of open source software is that you can create bootable CD/DVD/USB drives from them. So if you’re scared of installing Linux and the required open source software, then use a Live Linux distro edition of the same. There are plenty of them available for just about every need. In fact, the August 2011 DVD of PCQuest gave a comprehensive collection of special purpose Linux distros. Go for the tried and tested: The good thing in open source software today is that you can get spoilt for choice, because there are so many different options available for anything you want to do. The flip side is that you can never be sure of the kind of support and backing behind a software you choose. Therefore, it’s important that you pick your open source software carefully. Certifications by known names can certainly help. You might also like to do other background checks of the company behind the open source software you’ve chosen.

Build capabilities in your IT team:The biggest issue with open source software is support. While it’s very easy to download open source software and start using it, whom do you turn to when you land up in technical difficulties? You therefore need to develop inhouse expertise to help resolve those difficulties. That’s because even if you purchased support for an open source software, you would still require somebody in house to be able to interact with them when needed.

Look for community support: As there are support problems with open source software, look for the ones that have active online communities. Look for online forums, websites, social networking groups, etc to see if the open source software you’ve chosen is actively being talked about.

Reliability: the most common concern that most people have regarding open source migration is if the solution would be reliable or not. Nobody wants to migrate to a fidgety system which would be erratic in its functioning. Care should be taken while selecting a solution which is tried and tested and has all the required functionality.

Scalability: Every organization wants to grow. The solution and apps should be able to scale up according to the requirements in an organization. You do not want to fall in a trap where the IT department has to completely change the system because it supports only x number of users and won’t support any new entrants in the network.

Security: Data and network security is of prime importance in the company. The solution being migrated to needs to be secure so as to make them a viable option in the company. At no point in time should a security breach compromise the security of the data and the network.

Flexibility: The solution being implemented should be flexible enough to integrate with cross platform solutions. For e.g. One would not want to implement a desktop app which cannot talk to the already present Microsoft infrastructure at the back and vice versa. Cross platform compatibility is a major factor to look out for when choosing a solution.

Standards compliance: Since we are primarily talking about companies scenario, it is important that the solution be compliant to any standards which have been put in place for the working of IT infrastructure in the company.

ROI: One must realize that IT is an enabler and if a company is moving from a proprietary solution to an open source one then there is a good chance that economics has to be a major factor for it. Therefore, a clear and beneficial case of moving to the said solution should be clearly documented to prepare a compelling case for migrating to it.

Downtime: Since we are talking about migration, the down time incurred in putting the proprietary solution to sleep and go ahead with the open source solution should not be much. This is important to keep business process continuity. You do not want a migration in the IT systems to affect business in any which way.

User acceptance: IT department has to keep the preferences and capabilities of the workforce in mind while migrating to an open source solution. Most users have been fed on the windows way of working for long and generally do not take to open source software too easily because of some changes in UI. Therefore there is a need for the IT department to conduct training and familiarization to the solution. A certain handholding is always required in every organization. It is important to note that a certain amount of force-feed might also be required as certain users tend to resist every change because of the fear of the unknown.

 

 

 

The need of deploying SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC) on SAP customer ?


Perusahaan-perusahaan yang melakukan implementasi sistem ERP SAP umumnya melakukan akses server SAP nya dengan memakai aplikasi client SAPGUI. Yang paling banyak dipakai dan paling mudah dideploy adalah SAPGUI for WIndows (untuk komputer Windows) dan SAPGUI for Java (untuk komputer Linux, Mac,  Windows, Solaris, HPUX, dan AIX). SAPGUI for HTML sangat jarang digunakan karena aplikasi ini haus akan bandwitdh. Secara tampilan SAPGUI for HTML mirip dengan SAPGUI for Windows dan for Java.

Selain akses diatas sebenarnya SAP juga menyediakan akses melalui SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC) dimana SAPGUI tidak ditampilkan secara technical/transaction code seperti di SAPGUI tetapi dikemas dengan tampilan aplikasi yang lebih manusiawi (more human friendly).

Untuk melakukan setting NWBC perlu dilakukan beberapa step termasuk melakukan patch Windows dan instalasi aplikasi NWBC (saat ini hanya tersedia di Windows).
